The brief
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf wanted a flagship café that stays welcoming under constant footfall — a space that feels premium the moment guests step in, while standing up to the daily wear of a busy retail setting.
What we did
Working to a design by the brand's Singaporean architects, we delivered the café fit-out end to end: a feature timber-clad servery, a bespoke counter and cake display, layered pendant and track lighting, acoustic detailing, and zoned seating that moves from high bar stools to soft lounge chairs. Every finish was specified for heavy, all-day use.
The result
Handed over on schedule and trading without disruption. The café now reads as one of the brand's most recognisable Colombo spaces.
